What this website stores on your device
If you use the light and dark switch, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device. The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device's IP address when the page loads.
Who else handles it
- Google (Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Calendar) stores my email and bookings.
- [Website host, to be confirmed] serves this website.
- Sapphire, my accountants, see invoices and related records if we work together.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on the safeguards UK law requires.
How long I keep it
[Confirm these periods.] If we do not work together, I delete enquiry and booking details [two years] after our last contact. If we do, I keep business and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as company law and HMRC require.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how I use it, or have it restricted or sent to you in a portable form. Email me () and I will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. I would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
